We know that everyone can see results at FLEX. The FLEX56 Method was created to combine the perfect amount of cardio and strength training. Combining them into a 56 minute interval class that burns calories, builds muscle and sheds fat. 

However, from time-to-time clients ask us why exactly they aren’t seeing the results they desire and expected. FLEX is one piece of the weight loss and results puzzle. If you are working super hard at the studio but your diet leaves much to be desires, the results won’t come as quickly or at all. We want your hard work at the studio to be matched by hard work in the kitchen. Eating to support your dedication to FLEX, knowing that the combination of FLEX and a healthy diet is unstoppable. 

Are you active outside of FLEX? FLEX is just 56 minutes of your day. If the remaining 22 hours and 4 minutes are spent sitting, we encourage you to incorporate more activity into your day. Maybe it’s a lap around the office once every 2 hours, or parking your car a little further away— do what you need to do to make sure your life outside of FLEX isn’t sedentary. 

Are you pushing yourself? The beauty of FLEX is that everything is already planned for you. All you need to do is simply show up and work hard. It can be easy to mindlessly work your way through a class without even really focusing on what you are doing. We want you to push yourself outside of your comfort zone, because that is where the magic happens. The saying “nothing good ever came from your comfort zone” is so, so true! Next time you come to class, try something new. Take your starting pace up .2 on the treadmill or grab those heavier dumb bells, we know you won’t regret it.
