In the age of social media it feels like we are constantly bombarded with messages of what to eat, wear and do to be the best, most accepted version of ourselves. But we’re here to tell you that wherever you are right now, that’s okay. Whether you’re at your most fit or you’re 50 pounds from your goal, thats perfectly fine. We’re all doing our best to be our best andall we can do, right? So the next time you’re feeling you’re never doing enough, remind yourself that where you are right now is the best you can do and that is enough.
