Meet Danielle Sirianni, a dedicated Lansing FLEXcitizen. Danielle has seen incredible results since starting FLEX, read her fitness story below.

How long have you been coming to FLEX? 

5 months

How did you hear about FLEXcity?

I decided to make a change in my life and started a internet search for work out classes in my area and FLEXcity was near my job.  I walked over there and checked it out and I did my first class the very same day. 

What keeps you coming back?

I keep going back to FLEX because I am seeing results. I am happier and I feel more accomplished every day I attend a class. I have learned so much about myself, fitness and nutrition. The class environment is uplifting and everyone is so nice and motivating. 

If you were to tell someone to try FLEX, why would you say they should?

 The classes are fun, fast paced, always different and I get a full body workout. The 56 minutes go by fast without me looking at my watch wondering how much more time is left. Each individual person has control over how hard they work out. FLEX works for all ages, body types, and fitness levels. I came to my first class and I was completely sedentary. I went to 5 classes my first week! I was hooked. 


What results have you seen since beginning FLEX?

Since starting FLEX I have lost 32 pounds and lost 34 total inches. My resting heart rate is now 15 points lower than when I started. So, not only is my body becoming leaner and stronger, I am increasing my heart efficiency. Thanks to the Take Down Challenge, I broke my caffeine addiction. I am sleeping better and have more natural energy. After 5 months of FLEX I have experienced a huge change in my life and I am excited to see what the next 5 months has in store for me.
