It’s hard to believe Thanksgiving is just a few days away! We want you to be prepared to make fitness a priority over the holiday even if you can’t make it to the studio. We put together a tabata workout that requires no gym or equipment, just you and a little motivation. Complete each exercise for 45 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest 3 times before moving on to the next exercise . This is a great workout in itself or along with 20 minutes of the cardio of your choice.
