Winter Weather Workout

It’s officially winter in Michigan and with that comes treacherous road conditions and snow days. We’ve put together a perfect at home workout for days when you can’t make it to the studio, or anywhere for that matter! There are two options: level I and level II which is a bit more intense and offers higher intensity options. Complete 2 to 3 times. Happy sweating!
