For those who don’t already know, FLEX is an interval-based training studio and we blend several leading techniques to offer our FLEXcitizens a one-of-a-kind training concept — which is accessible for ALL fitness levels. That part is something we are especially proud of — FLEX is for everyBODY.

If you’ve never done HIIT-style classes before, let us explain things a bit more so you can get a clear picture of what you’re getting into with FLEX. High-intensity interval training, better known as HIIT, is a scientifically-proven way to train and improve your health and wellness — and has consistently ranked in the top three of the annual Worldwide Fitness Survey of Fitness Trends. Why? Because it’s efficient and it improves health with consistency.

While you can consider FLEX a HIIT studio, we like to think of ourselves more as a “YIIT” studio — “your intensity interval training!” To achieve this, we alternate between cardio and strength in varying lengths each class — so that no two classes are the same. We keep your body guessing, which is where the magic happens!

We base our workouts on principles of HIIT to help you increase your endurance and have fun as you do. And because we know everyone’s time is precious, we make sure you can achieve results in minimal time too.
